A Family run business, Ignatius and Kenneth opened their first shop over 30 years ago and are supplied by brothers Sean and Gerard who run the family farm.

Early Beginnings
Since 1988, the cornerstone of our business has always been the best quality produce for a reasonable price. Ignatius, Kenneth and team enjoy doing things differently by continuously introducing new exciting dishes to complement our vast range of locally produced, full flavour heifer beef, lamb, pork and poultry.
